Tisane menthe poivrée

Conseils d'utilisation :

Infusion calmante : 1 cuillère à café par tasse d’eau bouillante, infuser 10 min à couvert. Peut s’associer au tilleul ou à la verveine odorante.
Infusion tonique : 1 cuillère à soupe par tasse d’eau bouillante, infuser 10 min à couvert. Boire une tasse après chaque repas.
